HOW IT WORKS?
- Coaching conversations will be conducted over Zoom.
- Each conversation lasts an hour.
- Minimum commitment
- 3 – 6 sessions to improve performance in specific areas or move towards specific goals with a focused outcome, for example

- achieving work-life balance
- dealing with burnout
- mastering difficult conversations to resolve conflict
- 6 – 9 sessions to bring fundamental shifts in perspective for growth at a deeply personal level –
- getting to your “why”,
- greater self-awareness
aligning personal goals to values and purpose
