Career Transitions can last a few weeks or stretch into months and are messy, sensitive times that require careful attention. Done well, they can set you up for success. Shrugging it off with a casual “I can handle this”, simply because you have made similar moves earlier, can lead to a hard, bumpy landing. Working with a coach can make it a smooth one.
