My career tracks the evolution of strategic public relations in India. In the industry’s nascent stage, I had the opportunity to work on the agency side, including a marquee creative agency revered for story-telling. It was during this time that I gained multi-sector experience and acquired an invaluable dual perspective – that of an agency as well as client. To contribute to the profession and to learn from colleagues across the world, I volunteer with the Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR) UK, where I am an Accredited Public Relations Practitioner. I am a Member of the CIPR’s international Committee and a Member of the CIPR ESG Expert Panel. Additionally, I am a Standing Member of the Commission on Public Relations Education’s (CPRE) research panel.
